Greetings,

Now I'm 35 - 6ft - 180 lbs, went to over 200 lbs on a 10wk Omna cycle ( 250 E3D ), 2 years ago. A fantastic experience with no sides.

Soon after got Married, Honeymoon, Christmas (one after the other in quick succesion) Nagging from wife also helped to quit my ways of the gym:confused:

Well, no more. I'm back for round 2 and will need a little advice I think, on the basis that I've been gone for so long. I intend to hit my same routine again. Ciggs and booze have now gone again. Back to the gym real hard for 3 months solid, with plenty of cardio. Started eating properly again too. Need to get that BP & Cholesterol down to normal levels again. I'll of course do the same bloods again after the 3 months just to confirm before cycling again.

I suppose what I'm asking, is if you can reccommend a good second cycle for me. I'd like to include the Omnas again if possible, as I know these work very well for me. I suppose Sus would be as good perhaps. Any thoughts on PCT this time around too ?

Use the search function. I am not trying to be a jerk, it's just that you will get much more info alot faster than waiting for a reply.
 
6ft 180, got up to 200 then back to 180, bro it sounds like you dont even have a solid muscle base.. I advise eating food, taking protein, taking kreatine, and pumping iron like its noones business. get to 200-210 then do one. Without that base u are nothing

The frame is good, my legs let me down a lot though, never have been able to develop them properly. I think you'll find, that is where I'm missing a few pounds here and there. Besides, hope to pack on as much as I can naturaly over the next 3 months. I expect I'll be close enough to that 200 mark by then anyway.

Agree. You need to get the diet and training down for at least a solid year before any aas use. If you were to do it now it would be a waste of time and money. Just being honest. :)
 
Thanks guys, really appreciate the advice. Of course you are all absolutley right. This was the very same advice I had 2 years ago, but still arrogantly went ahead anyway. I ended up the same as "onebreath" - looking good. Not quite as defined, but slightly bigger @ 206lbs.
You will say I'm rushing into it, but this will be my 2nd cycle, and I would never do it unless my health & Diet was in absolute check, believe me.
