i feel iv been lagging in my back development...iv never gotten as good a pump as today! i went light, and really really concentrated on slow, full movements...i didnt do pullups b4 deadlifts, and i didnt feel it as much in my upper back...wonder if it had anything to do with not doing pullups first as usual! just wanted to throw this up here, to maybe give some people ideas who are stuck in a rut...maybe just a little something diff. is all it takes!
