shrugs
on rows thrust elbows back for maximum contraction. Keep back straight. Go heavy as you can. My favorite bodypart because you could really throw the wieght around. LOL
I apologize. I would go for 4-5 sets of the exercise that highlights my weakness. I use 2-3 sets of the other exercises. Maximum intensity while maintaning form. Rep range depends on weakness.
