dumbell rows
pull downs to front
shrugs

on rows thrust elbows back for maximum contraction. Keep back straight. Go heavy as you can. My favorite bodypart because you could really throw the wieght around. LOL
 
I apologize. I would go for 4-5 sets of the exercise that highlights my weakness. I use 2-3 sets of the other exercises. Maximum intensity while maintaning form. Rep range depends on weakness.
 
good mornings are killer......i just started doing them

I also like rack deads with a snatch grip....they really hit my lats good, and doing them in the rack takes most of the legs out of the equation...
 
I just started the 5x5 routine and here's what I have lined up... I did it last week and my back felt fried.

deadlifts 5x5
pullups 2x8-10
db rows 2x8-10
