back and bi's

on my back and bi days i am having a hard time getting a pump in my bi's. i do back first so should i switch it up and do bi's first...any suggestions?
 
You should be getting a pump in ur bis from back training alone. It would probably help to raise your reps on bicep exercises.

try rest pause sets
 
I had the same problem with training back and bi's together I found what works for me is to do my 3 or 4 sets of heavy dumbell curls first so not to sacrifice strength. Then I follow up with 4 sets of strips sets pully curls. I has be working perfectly.
