Anyone buy/use this b12 from AG....Ive heard of people going to the doc and getting b12 shots....What is the dosages and how often also the benefits of taking a b12 injection...

less inject pains (mix with gear) also increased energy.. so usually taken before hitting the gym.. i believe 1000mcg an inject is about average, you can go more or less.. anything is beneficial.. if just using to cut with gear for pain i would probably only take 500mcg

I gotta 250ml bottle of b complex thats unopened that i really don't want. I thought I was getting 25ml not 250 lol. Itsa huge ass jug o vitamin b.

I use SYNTHELAMIN from Synthetek industries and love it,i do 2 shots a week. It helps with my appetite alot. A bottle from them will last you a full year roughly and is much better priced,you may pay more up front but it saves you a ton in the long run.
