Avoiding direct shoulder work...

If I focus on Chins and Bench basically 5x5 should I be adding shoulders on thier own day or is that a recipe for overtraining?

My shoulder tendonitis is finally under control after almost 18 months of f'ing around and I don't really want it back. I do want to make sure I have balanced strength and flexibility in my shoulders so I don't screw them up again this year.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

If you can bench with no problem, I think it's safe to say you can hit shoulders ...

Don't take my word for it though. I'm no expert on injuries ...

i hurt my shoulder 2 years ago and i cant do flat bench anymore but any direct shoulder work is fine so i dont think you should have a problem, especially since you can flat bench. start light and work up
