btw anagen has now still not returned my email from August fucking 15th. I wrote them to see if they got the second order, and if so to cancel it if the first one is on its way, and they still havent fucking replied. I know I could check my cc, but what the fuck, theyre a business arent they?? they should keep some sort of fucking business records to see who bought what and how much they paid. I guess they dont bother with that business record shit and force their customers to sit on the phone on hold with their cc company to see if their dumb fucking asses ever charged anything. just venting, lol, ill keep this post updated as to whether I ever get shit period, and how ridiculously long it took in the end.

I just placed an order on Anagen. I usually have the order within 2 weeks. I saw they have Express Courier for $18. Maybe you ordered wrong. They have a VERY CONFUSING web site that is hard to navigate. I've received Tamoxifen and Clomiphene from them 2 or 3 times. I ordered Panadeine (Tylenol with Codeine). And I ordered some other stuff. Like I said above, I never had any problems. If they did not charge your card, maybe you should try to re-order. Their prices cannot be beat. I believe they are out of New Zealand, but maybe they don't speak English. But I thought NZ, like Australia, spoke English. Who knows? Good luck with that order.

anagen finally emailed me again (6 days later) and didnt answer any of my questions. i was asking what "please charge back" means and they reply with an email that says that means "credit return". So i guess they want ME to do my own credit return on what I ordered from them? these people are complete fucking retards, I still have no idea of the status of my first order or second reorder. anyone here know what country theyre from? maybe I could get a bro on here that speaks their language to ask my damn questions for me and finally figure someting out. they sure dont understand my questions and I sure dont understand their replys. I think it might be italy. anyone here speak italian and wanna be my "middle man" and talk to these fools???

dude, just call your CC company and tell them you would like to dispute the charge to your CC because they didn't have your product. Its a very simple process. Here is an idea - why not check you STATEMENT.

I know its a "very simple process". My point is that theyre supposedly a fucking business, and should be able to tell me if they charged my fucking card or not without ME having to fuck around and wait on the phone for hours to get my account info.

Latest update-havent received either order(first one was July 15th, second one was July 30), or any reply to my emails from Anagen. It doesnt appear they charged my card, but thats the fucking problem! I want them to charge my card and send my shit already. I guess ordering is like doing nothing, cause they dont get the shit anyways. buncha fucking slow retards with a broken ordering page or some shit, I cant believe they ever satisfied ONE customer. beware

Used them in the past, no problems..but noticed the same issue of ordering and not getting charged. There is a little line on the bottom of there page that says that the ordinations have been suspended, and I got an e-mail back from them in poor english trying to explain " there issues" at the current time. Never been charged and not goten anything. I'lll try a few more times and then call it quits...doesn't cost anything to try. Otherwise too bad as they do have great prices and I actually use them to get my regular meds as they are cheaper thatn buying them with my insurance copay! Good luck

UPDATE: I never received my last order, ordered on the date of the above-quoted post. They never returned three emails after about three weeks and I just found out they never charged my credit card. I THINK they have closed down. Oh well. I waited for nothing. There are other sites I could've ordered from, and now I still don't have what I needed. Kinda sucks.

I tried ordering some Bromo from them about a month ago.
Never received anything and send them at least 6-7 emails.
They never reply back and I dont know WTF is going on?
Did they cancell my order or will it arrive in a few years?
