hi guys,i got the results back,please take a look guys and let me know your thoughts.

endocrinology.

ACTH- 3.1 pmol/l (0-12)

LH- <0.5 IU/L (2.0-10.0)

PROLACTIN-309 MIU/L (0-500)

CORTISOL (AM) 203NMO/L (138-650)

FSH- <0.5IU/L (1.5-13.0)

TESTOSTERONE-11.3 NMOL/L (12.0-32.0) !!!!!!
lab has suggested SHBG blood test to assess free androgen index.

IGF-1 - 25 NMOL/L (15-64)

THYROID FUCNTION TESTS-

TSH-0.91 miu/l (0.30-4.00)

LIVER VALUES.

BILLI - 17 (0-20)
ALP - 60 U/L (30-115)
GGT - 23 U/L (0-45)
LD - 276 U/L (100-225)
AST - 249 U/L (0-40)
ALT - 501 U/L (0-40)

ok, as you can see test is LOW ,the doctor has told me to go get another blood test for SHBG level. i asked if this comes back low as well will i get testosterone replacement and he said "yes".
also,liver values were very high as you can see.the only thing i can think of that has caused this is tren,i just came off a 10 week cycle of tren acetate( 75mg eod).i have not used any orals for at least 4 months so i dont think it can be orals causing the high readings.can tren cause high liver values ? im not sure of all the side-effects tren can cause?the doctor is sending me for a ultrasound on my liver and whole abdomen region to see if there is any problems.what do you think of this?

also, LH AND FSH levels came back very low,my gp mentioned nothing about this as i think he has no idea what they are.through my own research i have found that a low LH level likely means that the pituarity is not snding enough LH to the testes and i may have "secondary hypogonadism".
I cant seem to find any info about FSH levels ,so im not sure what a low level reading can mean. any ideas?

Traditional Docs react to blood test results as they were taught. They don't recognize or appreciate how a cycle will effect the numbers for quite a while.

Liver ... In order to look, they may go up your anus and that is not pleasant. They will sono the entire torse organs and probably find no masses. Then they'll want a biopsy. Don't let them. It can takes months for the liver to come back to within range. All this happened to me. Wait more time.

Overall, I think your numbers are typically whacked from the aas. Time will finally give you a true reading.

If you get a prescription for test, keep it low dosage per week. Let your body come back over the next three months.

What did you cycle comprise of? Just the Trenbolone? I was thinking that maybe there still are some esters in your system that havn't cleared yet, thereby your FSH and LH have not had a chance to start up yet. Best bet would be to get another test in a month or so...

Im not aware of tren elevating liver values but it certainly can impact on prostate profiles. Given that you have been on tren you may like to request a PSA test although these are not noted to be that accurate. The normal range is 0.0-4.0 ng/dl. This is prostate cellular activity which links to prostate cancer. I run at 3.8 most of the time geared up, but i expect i break the top mark when on tren but I have not had that reading taken for obvious reasons.
