well as things change..im gonna date one of my best friends...were are heading into a serious relationship...and im just tryin to get a good opinion on a first date...here is what i planned:
go to the high museum of art and view whats on display,
then go to a high quality steak house (five stars)
then go on a carrage ride thru the city.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated. and also, any of you guys that say just use a condum and go fuck her can kiss my ass.

Sounds good man, but I think the museum of art would bore the hell outta most girls. But, then again some girls are into the finer aspects of life.

If you're already friends you don't have to go overboard on a first date to impress her or anything. Save the carriage ride etc for some extra special occasion sometime. Just go do something the two of you enjoy. You don't have to make it complicated. If you're already close and she knows you really well, then you don't need to drop a bunch of money to impress her. I've got to agree, the carriage ride is overkill. I actually think a lot of girls like art as long as you don't spend hours at the museum, and instead just see the newest exhibits. Making her pay? You've got to be kidding me. IMO, if they guy asks the girl out he should pay. She should offer to split it but he should still pay. The next date she can pay. I've never had a guy let me pay, and I know my bro would always pay for his date. You know you're going to get along since you're already friends so why not just make the transition to more than friends decisive and take her out? I think that's also important b/c you've made the plans. Hmm, those are my thoughts, hope it goes well.
