i was wondering if you could set me up sample meal plans for ckd,for the following ratios: 85%-15%, 80%-20%,75%-25%, 70%-30%... im 5'10 232 lbs and around 15%bf. the reason why i ask, is because i've been eating the same stuff over and over again, and im starting to get sick of tuna fish.( i have tuna fish atleast 4 of my 6 meals a day) If you could help me out, i would greatly appreaciate it. thank you
 
or if anyone else could help out, this would be really cool. i want to compete in my first bodybuilding contest and i was wondering if it would be ok to have other forms of protein i.e chicken, beef,pork,whey protein, ect.

Sample meal plan.....just one:

Meal 1:
2 tbsp. flaxseed oil
2 whole eggs

Meal 2:
3 slices bacon
3 whole eggs

Meal 3:
6oz. steak
2 tbsp. flaxseed oil

Meal 4:
2 tbsp. MCT oil
4oz. chicken w/ skin

Meal 5:
2 tbsp. Walnut oil
4oz. ground beef

Meal 6:
2 tbsp. mayo
1 can tuna
