A lot, makes you look much leaner and appealing...well that's according to what my GF's friends tell me. More sporty and energetic so to speak.

But you can't be massive. 175-190 MAX at low BF%

Well i just started workin on them when this contest began, they are already making progress, and when i start dieting, i'll be good to go. I'm in no rush to start because july 21st is a long way away, no need to get down as fast as possible to hold it, i plan on drying up and cutting down right before the contest. All i changed in my diet for now is no more mc d's!!

eviction, you could probably lean out a little for a contest but if it is contest between you and fonz you win hands down. who wants to look anorexic? you got some mass going and a very masculine look. most guys want to be a little bigger and not all skinny. (except the gyno, but that will probably go away after your cycle.)

hey man...u remember the scene in pumping iron where arnold is giving possing tips to that normal sized guy in golds? when he said smaller guys tend to tuck and hide away in their posses? IMO you seem to do that. raise your elbows up so their parallel with your shoulders. that pose will look much better. just some constuctive criticism.....

i've had the gyno since i was 14, people used to make fun of me for my puffy nipps. I actually don't mind it now because there isnt any sub-Q water, they always look hard and dried up, I prefer that over puffy. I plan on getting surgery a few years down the road for it.

Since the contest started i cut out all traces of fried fast food. (it was a huge part of my diet over the past two months strictly for convenience, even though I LOVE mc d's) Now I cook out more and eat healthier, but have not restricted my caloric intake. I am moving into my new place in 2 weeks and as soon as this happens I will be on a strict low sodium cutting diet. Time to visit the diet board for some advice!!! I plan on not taking drugs such as DNP. I don't need it and refuse to put my life on the line over a few pounds of fat that I can shed naturally.
 
i was talking to a friend of mine at my gym yesterday about AAS. he does some heavy duty cycles and told me he to get gyno surgery a few years ago. he is about 46 now. he said his insurance paid for it because he claimed it was work related. i am an insurance man, don't ask me how that could be related...

The problem isn't that lilleole is fat, to be honest I couldn't tell a damn thing from those "pics" you put up. I was mountain biking about 3 weeks ago, when I jumped off a small rockface into another. It was like a 15ft jump. Well, both shocks and brakes of my Schwinn failed and I was catapulted onto my shoulder about 10ft away. The skin was pretty much scorched, and the shoulder bone sufferred a small stresss fracture, but I thought that if I wrapped it up in gauze and put some anti-biotics on it I could still train. Well, I've tried for 2 weeks and the pain is unbeareable. So, I decided to let it heal for 2 weeks. Once healed, I can re-start training normally. Doctor pretty much told me the same thing.

I was stupid to try to train through it instead of letting it heal.

It does give eviction more time to diet down. :)

Should be. It's just the stress fracture that has to heal. The rest is just superficial+bruising+cuts. I can train through that. The MRI will tell the tale I suppose. I go for another one in a week to see how the shoulder is.
 
Just curious as to how the diagnosis of 'stress fracture' was made. Did you have Xrays or a CT scan? Who confirmed the presence of a fracture, the emerg doc (who often misinterpret radiological findings) or a bone specialist (orthopedic surgeon)? What bony element of the shoulder suffered the stress fracture, the humeral head or part of the scapula?

If you do indeed have a fracture, you're likely not going to be able to train without significant pain for at least 6 weeks. Bony injuries do not heal overnight.

I went to a bone specialist. They took an MRI of my shoulder and it showed a small stress fracture. I said 2 weeks because I normally heal fast....when i go for my next MRI I will see. Pain, I can deal with(bruising)...but if the stress fracture is still there, I'll wait.

Strange...cuz stress fractures usually aren't diagnosed until after they heal. And they don't occur after blunt trauma...did you mean hairline fracture?

It's diagnosed more on circumstantial evidence than an MRI film or any solid evidence. Say you've been running alot lately and your ankle starts to hurt and they see nothing on the films...they'll make an educated guess saying it's a stress fracture, then after it heals they can confirm that it was indeed a stress fracture.

An MRI will not pick up a stress fracture, but it WILL pick up the extra bone that osteoblasts put there during the healing process to strengthen the bone in that area...this is how it is diagnosed.

I'm saying that the diagnosis probably was not correct...or fonz misunderstood. Stress fractures are microtraumas that happen over time, thus very hard to diagnose for sure until it's already healed. Fonz mentioned the MRI, but it's nearly impossible to see a stress fracture on an MRI, so all the MRI could provide is an "inconclusive" diagnosis.

This fact, along with the fact that fonz said this happened from direct trauma makes me think it's a hairline fracture, not a stress fracture.

I guess we're splitting hairs here...I was just curious about the diagnosis is all.
 
An MRI can assess the bone marrow for signs of edema - thereby indirectly diagnosing recent trauma to the bone itself.

If he does have a hairline fracture as opposed to a stress fracture, then taking only two weeks off is likely not going to cut it.
