here is my plan. I'm starting an ECA stack today. I will cut out all sodium out of my diet 5 days out. I am new to this so i don't know much about carb loading, so if someone wants to help me with that i'm alll ears. I figure i'm around 6% body fat right now, I will cut down water to next-to-nothing 72 hours before the contest, and i will run in a vinyl sweat suit 24 hours out. I should come in to this contest 10lbs lighter than i am now, all dried up and ready to kick some ass
