Seems like the trolls with nothing to do are coming out of the woodwork like I expected.

It's the 4th of July and they are probably going to spend all day and night in front of their computers....lol

Anyways, this is a competition thread...if you have nothing constructive to say, as in a question regarding AAS or the like, or our progress so far GET OUT OF THIS THREAD.

I'm saying that as succintly as posible in order for your little puny minds to comprehend that most pertinent fact, and to just go crawl back under whatever sewer you came from.
 
for you chest I would do this simple workout

5 sets of flat of decline DB bench press
5 sets of db military or high incline chest press
and
5 sets cable flys sqeezing down
 
I'm hitting chest 3X/week 10 sets Dumbell flyes incline/flat + Cable cross-overs till failure.

I'm growing like a weed now that my cardio is not too crazy.

yeah i agree no more pics untill the day off the contest

and i agree with georgie..i see some growth in the chest fonz
