Atticus is a lawyer, local politician and resident of Maycomb County, Alabama, and the father of Jeremy Atticus "Jem" Finch and Jean Louise "Scout" Finch. nah, nothing that drastic. and actually i've never even dicked over a friend before. but i've definitely been jealous of friends before and wanted them to fail at certain things. i dunno, i bet most people are mortified when they read that scene. but something about it felt comfortable and familiar to me

He could shoot a mean rabid dog.
