True, but still...I need an idea of around how big they are. Just in pounds. and height. That should be enough. Nothing else. I guess I'm curious. I've seen Satch's pics, but never JA's.

Well, you'll have me beat in the BF% since I'm bulking. Sust and M1T aren't the best cutters, lol. I stil don't think your fatass is down to 10%. I could be wrong with all that DNP you have but I know you like tat cake and ice cream too much.

Right now I'm 5:11, 235LBS, 13-15% BF.

BTW - I put up 315lbs on the incline press yesterday for 5 sets of 5

I've been eating like a pig. It's ok. I don't put on much fat. My goal is to get up to 250 lbs and start cutting down.

All the power to him. I was at a body building contest in Venice Beach this weekend and I noticed mass counted more than cuts. I should be in good position to clean his clock.

personally i feel mass is superior to cuts in most cases. not everyone can get huge, but pretty much anybody can get cut with the proper diet and shit. a mix of both is more than desirable though.

Satch...your looking good bro...Maybe take a little posing help...When you hit the rear double bicep...turn your arms where your wrist are more over your rear delt, it makes biceps stand up better, also, when you do the rear lat spread, put your hands higher on your hips where your elbows will be further away from your body and try to put your thumbs on the back side of your body so you can have something to pull against to add more flare (width).

Which is really sad all around since I think EF and it's users miss out on what could have been some very fun future contests like this. We were so close to being able to break out with something HUGELY fun for EF. In the words of Maxwell Smart "missed it by THAT much!" *sigh*

Well, some of the things that could have been interesting with this is having a "who does a cut better after a bulking phase" contest. After this I'd not want to post bulking cycle pics... *shudder*
