Alrighty then... in conjuction to my other post about competing, I am also a college football player. So, the treadmill, elipticals, and stationary bikes dont exactly cut it for me. I need sprints, hill climbs, stadiums.. stuff like that to build endurance... this running/cardio too helps lean up better without losing alot of mass.
Anything to say on this?
