Athletic Cardio

Alrighty then... in conjuction to my other post about competing, I am also a college football player. So, the treadmill, elipticals, and stationary bikes dont exactly cut it for me. I need sprints, hill climbs, stadiums.. stuff like that to build endurance... this running/cardio too helps lean up better without losing alot of mass.

Anything to say on this?

Find a heavy Bag (boxing) and do 3 minute rounds circling the bag and punching for the entire 3 minutes.... my favorite cardio! take a min. break between rounds. youll sweat more than u ever have

Big error there. What builds endurance best are _long runs_, not short sudden bursts.
