All, I have a problem. I've been doing the 5x5 workout for now 4 weeks. My left knee is killing me. I go all the way down with squats and can't take it anymore. I never had this problem squatting only 1-2 times a week. But the three times a week is not good. What should I do? I thought the program requires squatting 3x a week as a must, but I can't go up stairs without it hurting today.
