OK, now i'm really going to get blasted for this post.
I do have a bad habit of blasting people, i've always sort of gone for the reaction on this site.
But I got to thinking. Never have I been to a site like this where I laughed so much. Where getting banned was not done at the drop of a hat. At many sites i've had been banned already. I laugh a lot of the witty post here.
Look i'm no better than anyone else. I have worked out 23 years and have learned somethings. I'll begin to share that in the training section. Many post about my week legs. Heres an admission they are horribly week. I train them hard as hel but with no success, any tips on that will be appreciated. I am 43 so perhaps the day of big legs is over. I used to have nice quads but with back and knee problems they have shrunk. So jokes about my legs, well my legs are very very weak.
I had no right to attack some here, I did attack some because seemed to me at first that attack was okay here, then I read from Uncle Buck that the attacks are done from folks that have become friends here.
Over at musclemag.com I tended to get into arguments with what I later found out was teens and I never shouldhave waged that battle.
I have trained 23 years and look pretty good for 43. Now some call me old man but you will all be old some day. On my good side I think I look pretty good for 43. I have lots of training experience to give my opinioins and yet I admit perhaps my way works for me but not for everyone. I basically try to stay ripped 8 months a year, bulk for 4 months. My enjoyment in the sport now is competing in masters events and winning them because I truly know how to diet and come in harder than the other individuals. I'm not huge, just ripped. You will all find out that squatting heavy to have wheels is not easy at 43, best I can do is rip them up best I can.
Anyway, sorry I have appeared to be an asshole. The posts here all make me laugh and seem like a fun group of people.
I expect a few slams but I hope that some realize I am turning over a new leaf. Let time prove that. Attackme if you want, I deserve to be attacked more. But i'd like to be part of this community and also intend to share what I do know about lifting in the training section. I truly have won 11 titles in bodybuilding, the biggest being Mr. Alabama I won 6 open shows in my youth and 5 masters shows in last 3 years. I love bodybuilding. I love being on stage. I* love the dieting. I love all aspects of this great sport we call the iron game.
Sincerely my apologies to all I came across to as an asshole because I can see where I was. Any acidic remark I make henceforth will be in jest.
You allseem like good people.
Havoc sort of got to me when he gave me good karma this morning. Thats what got me thinking.
So if i'm accepted fiine, if not i'll understand.
Thanks gang.
