F FunkMasterFlex New member Jul 8, 2003 #2 i use the exact formula and routine with the vp2 myself but i make the creatine formula myself. Its cheaper. 10lbs of dext is like 10 bucks. and creatine like 20 for a kilo. Add some taurine and your golden hehe.
