I was doing chin-ups when I wanted to "try something"
At my 3rd rep, while I was on top position I take one of my hand off the barbell, in order to try to go down with just the other arm
But, and I didn't expect it, I rotated, lost my balance and I hurt myself (the triceps mainly)
It was not very painful, still....
and since I'm not just half an asshole, I didn't stop and keep on doing my back workout (though no more chin-ups)
As one could expect, today (I did this silly exercice yesterday) it still hurts
What can I do now ?
What should I have done when it happened ?
