I don't aspirate anymore and I only inject in quads and delts.....that's all I need.

There are no "tricks" involved with making sticks...

I have asspirated once, but that was after some bad mexican food.

WERD! , I've been stressing all this time for nothing,
I know asperating is better but some places I think it's better to blow and go than rip a hole in your ass trying to pull the plunger back.

I've only aspiriated once and never did it again. I see no point in it.
