Guy #2 - while looking good - is getting absolutely demolished by Guy #1 and #3.

Wouldn't top any of them. Despite being muscular, I don't like my men to have muscles. More attracted to the fitness model to average look.

If you saw how pretty guy number ones face is he'd be your pic hands down. So hot man I miss training at the same gym as him what lovely thing to look at in between sets.

So far mostly the pain in my feet they are shaped diffrently one is a normal arch well the other is lower. When I do cardio in normal shoes my feet start aching but not in these. I know they look gay but I don't care the help. Also feel great squating in them.

but i am the world's biggest hardgainer...fast metabolism, naturally low BF, i just don't get fat.

at 200lbs i am 20 lbs heavier than anyone in my immediate family.
i haven't worried about my carb intake because of this, and as well i crave carbs to fill me up.
otherwise i just feel hungry as fuk all day.
so ample carbs appear to be how i put on weight, however slow it takes.
this this change your opinion any?

If this is really true - not doubting it you it is just that some people are not eating enough or are not eating well enough to see gains - then do this.

Eat the same exact meals that you listed in your prior post on here. But from now on, every single meal, every time you eat something, you need to drink a small carton (10oz I think they are) of low fat chocolate milk. You know the ones like they serve in school cafeterias. Every meal, you drink one. You will get extra calories, along with a bit of protein and carbs there. Those will add up over the course of the day. If you eat 6 times, that will be 6 cartons of the little milk you have per day.

Weigh yourself after two weeks and see if the scale has moved any. If so, come back let me know and that will give us a base line of how many calories your body is requiring in order to put on weight.

How does one keep those things from smelling nasty? I see people wearing them with no socks on.
