AAP I am helping a sista along in her quest to be big and strong. Am considering suggesting to her to use eigher Tbol or Dbol. What would be good doses to run for 5 maybe 6 weeks on a 14 week Test E cycle with var as a finisher?
Also pros and cons of each plz.

I'm going to start a cycle. It's going to be my 6 cycle in the past 11 years. I ran my first cycle at 21 years old...I'm 32 now- 6'1 220 pounds. I've always ran test (E, C or Sus) and deca my 2nd & 3rd cycle... Then EQ my 4th & 5th. I'm going to run Test E & EQ now. However, I have some BP & Geneza anavar (almost 230 pills of 10mg). I will like to run anavar as well. Should I take it at the beginning to kick start the cycle... Or wait untill the last 6-7 weeks. I only run 10 weeks cycles...
Also, please advise on dose. I've never taken anavar. I've heard that is .125mg per pound of body weight. That's a little less of 30mg a day for me. Thus, can I run 30mg to 40mg of var a day for 6-7 weeks. Thanks,

P.S. if its not against forum policy- Can you please advice as to the legitimacy of BP & Geneza anavar? Under/over dose? Real stuff?

Yes that weight/ratio is pretty standard. They have a basic one that is RX'd with the old BTG Oxandrin as well. However, you may or may not need that. With BTG you definately would not want to go over that. With some other brands you will. Personally I would start out at 50mg daily at the beginning of the cycle and run it as long as it lasted.

Never used BP but Geneza is a quality product.
 
Quick question. I'm 40 and still hard in to sports and weights. I can't seem to get healed up. I like the idea of taking growth hormone for general life improvement and weight loss but what my real goal is to heal from injuries, ligaments and such. I have blue tops that to the best of my knowledge are good quality. I was thinking of taking 3iu's twice a day for a total of 6iu's. Actually it would be a 3 day cycle because of my job. Days 1 and 2 I will take 3iu's twice a day. Once upon waking and once post workout. Day 3 I will just take it in the morning upon waking. Because of my job it would be hard to take another does in the afternoon on day 3.

Do you think that's a good plan? Also I usually follow my workout with a protein shake immediately. Should I hold off on the shake, or obviously eating any thing, until an hour after the injection? I really don't want to become a Type II diabetic. General rule of thumb 2 hours before and 1 hour after eating? Thanks in advance.


Skip the post w/o inject and just get your shake/food/nutrients in. Your natural gh output will be high after working out anyway. I would take the second dose a few hours before working out, but then again I have no idea what time you actually train. So it is hard to really pinpoint a time for you take it without this info.

On the bright side, GH does have some reknown properties for boosting the healing factor. But there are also some good supps out there for joint support as well that you can incorporate too.

I usually take the first dose around 8 am. I workout around 2 give or take an hour. The problem is if I have a shake right after my work out. that means I need to weight to around 7 or later for the second injection and then another hour after that to eat. I'm afraid the second injection would undermine my natural GH release when I sleep.

So I either need to take the second injection around noon but that would only be 1 to 3 hours before working out or later a few hours after the shake. Do I just need to rethink my workout plan or is this possible? Also I have read that you can eat some thing that's pure protein and not carb and that it could be okay since it's not much of a factor on blood sugar. Some thing like tuna.

Oh and the day I can only take one injection should I take 6iu (blue tops). I understand it's just a guess since potency is not know for sure.

whats the reason im getting cramps sometimes after my workouts? like if i train biceps/fore arms, sometimes ill go home and if i contract my arm too much, my forearm will lock up. just happened to my upper left abs right as i was reading this. this all started when i tried epistane, about 9 months ago, the extremely bad cramps i got from that went away, but i still get less serious ones sometimes. im assuming its a water retention related, sodium/ pottassium kind of thing?
