They live about 25 miles from me. If I have to bring my daughter out there, the ex always meets me at McDonald's. This particular night I was late, got caught in traffic, so I had my daughter tell me where they live and I dropped her off there. The next day, my daughter says that her mother and her boyfriend was very upset that I came to their house to drop her off. They didn't want me to know where they lived. Riduculously paranoid. I told my daughter than I could find out where they lived anytime I want by looking it up on the appraisal district web site. My ex told my daughter that I tricked her and that I just wanted to see where they live and what they have. Can you believe this bitch?
They never answer their phone, so I left a message with Him telling him that I wanted to know why he had a problem with me coming to his house to drop my daughter off. He called back and left a message, saying that I had called three times and he was returning my message. I tried calling back, but they never answer the phone. THis was yesterday. Today he leaves me a message accusing me of calling his house 9 times for no reason. He is a fucking idiot. He was also drunk when he left the messages. Just more shit that I've got to deal with.
 
Bummer! I dont know how you guys can deal with the Ex's when you got kids with them! But the new boyfriend needs to have a Covert Operation done to him True Lies style!

No, I can't think like that on the Covert Operation. However, when it comes down to it, I will do what I have to. He hasn't done anything that bad yet.

Thanks. That's what's so sad about it. It really doesn't matter how if affects me or them, I will get over it. This kind of shit can affect a child for the rest of their life. That's why I hate that stupid bitch with a passion.

Thanks. His ex says that he drinks 12 beers a night. There's no way to prove this though. My daughter sees him drinking beer, but she doesn't know how much. An alcoholic can drink a ton and not act drunk. I could tell by the way he slurred his words on the messages, but that's no solid proof that he gets drunk every night or even most every nights when my daughter is there.

There is nothing more fucked up than when one parent keeps a child from the other.
 
I set the dummy straight this morning. I told him that as long as I was calling in regard to my daughter, which is always the case, that I would call anytime that I wanted. He didn't sound so tough this morning when he wasn't talking into an answering machine. I still have the feeling that I'm going to be dealing with another idiot and for a long time.

If you have a kid to together and she is a minor then you should have a legal right to know the address where you daughter resides. If you have residencial custody and she gets visitation you should still be able to know where your daughter will be staying in the interim. Unless of course, there is some type of restraining order or some past history of domestic violence which could change these rules.
 
Another reason why Mrs Y and I have agreed to never get divorced, but rather, kill each other instead..

These type situations really are hard on everyone.
Again, try to not get your child involved in this dispute but you should keep tabs on the situation for her safety.
Too many of these Ex wife's "Boyfriends" end up on the news..
 
The mother fucker has gone overboard now. I don't know what to do. He was probably trying to get back at my daughter for telling me what he said to her mother. They live on a lot of acreage and he told my daughter that he wanted to test her dog to see how he would react with the cows. He wanted my daughter to get on her bike and ride away fast so the dog would not be looking for her. She did not obey him and instead ran away. He told her, "Now I'm going to have to be mean and shoot the dog. He went out into the pasture with the dog and my daughter heard the shotgun go off. She went running after him and crying because she thought he had shot the dog. He sat her down and told her that he wouldn't really shoot her dog. I can't decide whether or not to strangle him. This sux because now I see that everytime he has a problem with my daughter or me, he is going to take it out on her and I think that was the message he is trying to send me. :mad: :mad:
 
I am sorry to tell you that LEGALLY there is nothing you can do. What THE FUCK is your ex thinking living with a guy that is THAT fucked up? Not only that, but to have that asshole around her daughter?

There are some women that should just be shot.

So sorry to hear about it Biteme.

Just stay close with your daughter and keep the lines of communication with her open. Hopefully, eventually she will want to live with you and then your problems will be lessened. Until that time comes, there isn't anything that can be done.

I am so, so sorry.
