Anya, you know my opinion on bodybuilding ;p It really is night and day when you compare the best from the 70s and the best from today.

I loved the first Master's Olympia because it showed what some of the best of the golden era could look like in modern times. The thickness and detail guys like Lou, Robby, Boyer, Dickerson, Padilla, etc were able to achieve was unreal. They still kept the tight and small midsections too. Robby looking 20lbs thicker, and still doing a front double bi with a vacuum was just the best.

Oh yeah I forgot about Robby's vacuum. That's old school, straight up! Padilla was the very first guy to come into a show with cross striations, 1981 I think? And Boyer, damn, he is always hard as a fricking rock.

Corn or C3 do either of you have that pic of A doing a front double in a pair of shorts with Joe standing on his left wearing his usual button down and slacks, circa '73?
