is it ok if i do arms every time i work out? instead of once a week? or will this not give the muscle time to heal? i do pushups and pullups daily, i do chest/back on monday, lower body on wednesday and arms/shoulders on friday....anyone got any tips for me?
 
Not a good idea.If you are training them intensely,you should not be able to do more than a couple of sessions per week.You have to remember they are indirectly worked on all your push-pull exercises as well,so they're easily overtrained.
 
the reason i ask is because i recently switched to a three day, section at a time schedule, chest, legs, arms....before i did everything in one day, 3 times a week...and i think my eyes are tricking me and making my arms seem smaller? i dont know, its too early to tell...is it still safe to do pushups/pullups? like 30 each a day
