It's about that time to tone my arms with this gym workout, enjoy!

#1. Overhead (Plate) Tricep Ext

This activates my core, lower back, glutes and tricep muscles.

#2. Upright Row

Strengthens upper back and shoulders.

#3. Alt Steering Wheel Raise

Targets shoulders, traps and forearms.

#4. Tricep Dips

Activates core and targets upper arms.

#5. Plate Hammer Curls
