Arms 3 times a week?

Would it hurt to train my arms 3 times a week? My arms are pathetic. I have tried and tried to gain mass on my arms but cant. I have just started squats and deads hoping that would help but it hasn't yet. I was wondering if I working my arms 3 times a week would help or hurt?
 
hurt big time. You already train your arms on chest, back and shoulders, let alone if you do a seperate arm day. If anything you may already be overtraining them.
 
Concentrate on higher weight, less volume in your arm routine. Three days a week is too much. Two days tops. I only do one.

thats a major you must EAT!! Eat like a horse if you have to!! trust me....also i think 1 day a week for Bis and 1 day a week for Tris is enought, plus you feel more pumped if you do it once a week rather than 3-4 days a week...and get proper rest/sleep

P.S-- remember it takes time dont give up!!!

Each bodypart once a week. include squats, deads, bench and aother basic compound lifts then you will start to grow if you eat alot of food and drink your protein. Jeez, dont maek things complicated, keep it simple....it always is best!!!!
