whats up just thought id throw up my arm routine that ive used the last couple of sessions and see what ya think..Rather than train bi's then tri's I superset them..Ive been getting great pumps, better than working them individually..Im cutting so my strength isnt always there (goddamn low carbs)..
1) Barbell Curl 90x10 105x6 115x6
Skulls 80x10 90x8 100x6

2)D-bell Curl 40x10 45x9 50x7
Ovhd Ext 60x10 70x8 70x7

3)Hamer curls 45x10 45x8 45x8
Cable pushdwns 135x12 135x12 135x10
the last set is a strip set just keep moving the pin up until i cant go anymore prob about 40 reps total..Rest between each superset is about 50-90 secs..

Looks pretty solid. And if its been working I wouldnt worry too much about changing it yet. Id up it to 12 sets for triceps and 12 for biceps. I like to train my triceps first like booey said and then move onto biceps. My triceps are more of a priority since biceps are a strong point for me. Looks like you get a pretty good range of reps throughout your sets too. Id do some more sets of 12-15 to failure or very close to it. Keep it up!!

Thanks walking..I read your sticky awhile ago about sets for body parts..pretty similar to what i do..the main thing i wanted to see was if 9 sets would be enough for arms because i think i can do more without really hindering my recovery time..and im definitely gonna hit tri's first thanks!
