What is the main muscle recruited in arm wrestling? Because, I swear im stronger than my brother in every lift by far but he can still whoop my ass in arm wrestling. Just don't get it.

Champ right here. Main muscles =arms and shoulders especially bicepr brachialis. The secret is to know that you will win and to explode at the start.

I was the local pub champion after an impromptu competition, although my shoulder was in serious pain for a couple of weeks afterwards!
