Arm workouts.

Does anyone feel that working tri's and chest in the same workout and bi's and back in the same workout produces better results than training arms on a seperate day?
 
yeah for me i do. i do chest, shoulders, tris one day. back biceps and forearms another, and legs last. with abs thrown in somewhere depending when i feel like it. but everyones different bro. i know people that respond greatly putting arms on their own day. me personally, i like it like this
 
I think it is important of change your routinue up every now and then. For a long time I did tris with chest. About a year back I put arms on their own day and have seen a lot more growth. Just like I have since I split up my leg workout.

When your muscles get used to the same routinue, they stop grtowing as quickly. They need a littel "shock" every now and again.

Rountine

I tryed both of those and I felt that working my arms sperate then chest and back produced more gains.. but I did the arm workout last in my rountine to give them the needed rest..
