0.25mg of adex eod won't hinder gains at any dose of a test cycle just less water retention and keeps enough estrogen for anabolism , imo everybody should use that way even if the sides didn't appear at the begining , and increasing it to 0.5mg eod when running a high dose of test or any aromatizable aas specially for ppl prone to estrogen sides.

I think most people must be wrong.

Adex can lower your estrogen level so low you joints ache, your gains stop, your immune system gets lazy and severe constipation from not holding on to sodium, nausea as well.

(joint pain is very simlar to arthrithic and all the way through the body part.)

Low estrogen levels also affect cholesterol levels, buy lowering HDL and raising LDL.

Low estrogen levels also allow strokes to do more damage.

Mentally low e causes horrible brain fog and migraine.

Last but not least, low estrogen levels can kill your sex drive!

You might want to follow the advice given:

Use only when needed ,you need some estrogen to maximize gains,its when we get too much is when the problems start.

Correct, I have ran hundreds of cycles and never had a need for Arimidex.

Ur not going to wake up in the morning with double d's.... Start ur cycle and use it if u start holding water... If u use it right away then what what for the sides of the adex an then stop using the adex? What comes first the chicken or the egg? Ur jus putting more crap in u
