hey guys iam gunna run a 10 wk cycle of prop 125mg EOD i have arimidex..should i run it all the way through or should i just keep in on hand and use if i get sides..also if i do need to run it whats the lowest does to take ..also my first cycle thanks guys

then just keep it on hand

if i want to play it safe is arimidex 0.25 E3d ok to run to keep the sides at bay?

Use only when needed ,you need some estrogen to maximize gains,its when we get too much is when the problems start.

Run during the cycle.
0.5 mg Thursday am and Sun pm.
I have done this for years and had zero problems.

thanks for the feedback guys, id rather not wait till i get sides to run it ...has anyone ran it .25 mgE3D?

Being that its your first cycle ever i wouldnt use it untill you need it. Everyone reacts differently to gear. You may go through the whole cycle and not have a single side. I know that i have tried using adex throughout the whole cycle before at .25mg e3d and i feel that it had hindered my gains some.
