Arimidex

Ok, i'm sure this has been posted many times on this site. I'm starting to use Amimdex towards the end of this cycle. I have heard many mixed ideas of how often to take them... from 1 a week to 1/2 every 3 days or so. Any advice? I'm on 500mg of Sust/ week, 400mg of Deca/week, 50mg of Winstol eod, and 300mg of tren/ week. 100mg every other day. Thanks guys.

1mg per day for best results. If you had to you could ge taway with .5mg per day.

Can we get more opinions on this, I am debating between taking 1/4 tab ED or 1/2 EOD. The half life is 50 hours, so I am thinking that 1/2 EOD will be sufficient. Any thoughts/experiences?
