arimidex vs. zinc citrate

ok, so my doctor told me that for controlling estrogen, zinc citrate (not the common gluconate) at 60mg 3x/day is just effective as arimidex. PLUS it helps increase sperm count as well.

I have never heard that mentioned in this forum. So what does everyone think???

Does he also suggest giner root for heart burn? Sounds like a holistis doc.

A: Zinc does have a role in hormonal balance.

B: To say it lowers estrogen as well as arimidex is just nutty.

The ingredients in POST CYCLE and Dermacrine are far more effective at controlling e than plain zinc and neither I or needto will say they're as powerful as adex. They're meant to supplement and in some cases a replacement but they can not treat an extreme condition that needs medication.

my doc suggested zinc for the swimmers...i just thought it would make the little dudes heavier

hmmm, there was no conflict of interest... he was not selling/prescribing either... well since i had my bloodtest that shows estrogen is high i ran 4 days of adexx at .25mg/day (which we all know is not much)... i am going to continue for the next 2 months until i have my next blood test with the zinc and we will see.

if you are not on a something that converts to est--.25 is plenty and has the side of raising your test a bit.

Ginger for nausea ERRN. Apple Cider Vinegar for heartburn (actually works though). You're so brainwashed by the big pharma companies man. You're just part of the military-industrial-pharma complex man. You're just trying to stop people from getting the all-natural cures that they need.

I agree with Teta de sucre. He sounds holistic. Stick with the a.dex.
