Arimidex/nolva Together=poor Gains?

Im starting my 3rd week of test enanthate, unfourtunatly a small pea sized lump formed in my left nipple(no pain, i had puberty gyno)...I have lowerd my test to 500mg a week, ive been taking arimidex for about a week now(ever since I 1st noticed the lump), and now going to take nolvadex. Since they both lower 1gf levels...how bad will they hinder my gains?

Also in 3 weeks im gonna start fina/winny, will the arimidex/nolva combo hinder my fina/winny gains?
