.25mg per tab...not .025mg...take one .25mgper day
I would take .50mg/Day through out your cycle till you are finished Clomid

Arimidex is the shit...but how do you get a quater of those small ass tabs??
and if your taking 500mg's of test and you are prone to gyno will half a tab be enough>???

I am currently doing a cycle of Dbol 35mg weeks 1-6, EQ 400mg weeks 1-10, T400 at 600mg weeks 1-10 and winny at 50mg ed weeks 6-11, which is some what of a water retention cycle. So I am taking Arimidex at .5 mg per day and I am in my 6th week now and holding no water and no signs of gyno, which I am prone to-its great!

If you need to split the Arimidex (or any tab for that matter) into quarters go to any pharmacy and you can purchase a pill splitter for like $6 and split the pills any way you want it is extremely conveinent
