I dont take it until my nips get tender then I pop one. It usually ends up may .25 for 2 days and then 1 or 2 days without.

will lumps under the nips go away w/ A'dex ? i usually get "itchy nips" , but this time i didn't & starting to notice noticleable lumps starting to form.

I go with the general rule of thumb. .25 mg ED per every 250 mg of test per week. It works for me.

the logoc behind it is that those little fuckers are so little i dont see how you could cut the in half much less in four and the half life is well over 48 hours so just take 1 eod
