Hey Bro,, I would drop the Adex unless you have a problem or have had a problem before with gyno -- your test dose is pretty moderate -- Adex will eliminate most of the estrogen in your system, and IMO, contrary to what many believe,, you need enough estrogen in your body to remain healthy and get good results --

Adex is a very powerful AI and is really not necessary with low doses unless you have a pre-existing problem

Holy Fuck, I woke up this morning and feel like total SHIT!! I am sleepy and I ache all over! It even feels like my teeth ache!!

So, this is my off day of Test Prop EOD. Would there be any benefit to taking an extra dose of 100mg of prop, just this one time? I thought it would give me the pick up that I get after a dose and then it would give my body some test to be able to convert.

Hey Bro -- I doubt It will make that much of a difference the test you shot yesterday is still in your system -- Just stop the Adex and ride it out for a few days

Highly unlikely he will give you HCG. However you can ask. My Dr. said it's not "medically necessary" until your nuts are visably shrunk. Well fuck that.

So guess what... I do it myself. SHHHHHHHHHHHH! Don't tell.

Hey guys, a little update, I feel much better today. I went ahead and did an extra shot yesterday and took 2 grams of Flax Seed Oil.

I'm not sure about my joints under pressure, but they do feel better just sitting here.

I never thought low estro would make you feel like such SHIT!!

You need about 30ml (2 tbsp) of flaxseed oil ed until your joints & cramps come right. I'm not sure how that relates to gms.
