Arginine & L-Tryptophane for an Ectomorph Trying to Gain 20 lbs.

I'm 6"2 and 150, I'm following a good Ectomorph diet (Around 3500 Calories, constantly eating). I've gained alot of muscle definition from where I started (130), and a little fat too. My schedule is good, it closely follows what people here recommend and I never skip a day (not for almost four months, I'll post if anyone is interested). I'm still looking for a bigger gain though, that's why I joined this forum. You guy's seem to know what the hell is going on! :D

Anyway, I'm considering Arginine to up my HGH so I can get past this Plateau. My only worry is actually growing, I'm still 18, so the soft bone around my joints hasn't hardend. The last thing I want is to get even more tall and lanky! Is this a valid worry, or will the HGH production caused by taking Arginine not going to impact my height?

Could anyone recommend any other supplements for Muscle growth or general weight gain for an Ecto like me?
 
just keep doing what you are doing
your body is still growing and as with normal human growth will go in spurts
as for arginine there is no conclusive evidence that it actually ups hgh production
and from what research i have done you'd have to consume 6-10 grams of the stuff for any results and with anything that is naturally occuring most times results take 2-3 weeks
there supposed igf activators out there but at your age i would not worry about it unless you are diagnosed with low hgh production...you could actually shut off your body's production by trying to suppliment
hard work and dedication are the best tools
