ya always me here tooo....i get my ass killed alot in my dreams or i am about to fuck some hot girl then she just dissapears into no where or my alarm goes off

Damn! I'm the exact same way. Both have happened to me hundreds, if not thousands of times. I think it means we are very anxiety prone.

This makes 3 of us. About half of my dreams are like that.

40% of my dreams are meaningless and insane beyond description.

The rest are nightmares.

Tier, so do you consider it a nightmare (you said 40% were meaningless dreams the rest were nightmares) if you are about to fuck some hot chick? Just curious, since you said you dream the same as us (either die or wake up just before fucking a hot chick in most dreams), and are openly gay.

What I meant is that about 50% of the time I am about to get something I want (could be a guy I like or just some material object I want) then it goes wrong and/or I wake up.

About 10% of the time I have a nightmare. My definition of a nightmare is something that not only goes wrong but something that scares me on a very deep serious level.

Also, even when I thought myself to be strait I still often dreamed about guys....I guess that was a big clue LOL

That makes sense. My nightmares are often very bad. I've woken up screaming many times. I've thought of writing them down like some horror writers do, but mine are alot worse than anything from Steven King or Talse from the Crypt, and I don't particularly want to document them. I would rather forget them.

Of course they are. Everyone has different fears, so your nightmares will always scare you more than anything because they are custom made for you

No meaning, they tend to be more vivid and gory than what seems to be allowed in horror movies.

Well part of it is that while you are sleeping you think it is really happening. Even the most realistic movies could never accomplish that.
