Are you a frugle spender?

i invest in the market and my businesses and i blow some cash here and there. i like expensive \ exclusive stuff and i love to
shower my wife with expensive gifts. her parents are lazy white trash so she grew up in poverty. i recently bought her a watch
that surpasses her parents, brother and sisters family's combined annual income.

= NOT frugal.

Hell, if you got it why not enjoy it as long as you're not stupid and spend to impress others.

most of the time, i'm not out to impress.

when it comes to my wifes family, i want her to show off. they are so full of shit
and make excuses about why she had to grow up in abject poverty.

and yep, i enjoy my money but i invest. i don't see the point without enjoying
what you earn. frugal is not part of my personality complex.

how do you own an M5 and claim to be frugal? Total cost of ownership is not cheap on those cars. Insurance wouldn't be cheap on those cars.

I'm mostly frugal. Pack your own lunches instead of eat out everyday, put my car in neutral when going down hill to save on gas, quit buying useless awesome electronic devices, debt is on 0% cards, car is paid off.

Being single definitely helps.

"Besides the M5..."

The only thing I rationalize myself to spend more than I have to is a car. It's my thing. I like fast expensive cars. Who doesn't? I just happen to be able to afford it, even though a $25-$30,000 sedan would have sufficed my needs.

Chicks like $500 pants and $10,000 handbags. i will never understand that one.

I spend $30 on jeans and feel like i am being ripped off, lol.

I wont the last check I ever write to BOUNCE loo.l

I am going to apply for as many credit cards as I can, max them with cash, and give it to my family. Then skip town and jump off a bridge in my car going 200mph. If I'm gonna die, might as well go out in style!

lolololololol

lololololol @ dabuffguy and arabian!!!

my grandfather was a very wealthy businessman and he had a plaque in his office that read, " YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU."

I've always been the type to save. Then again, I've never had that much money, either, lol.

In general, Americans seem to buy into media hype and purchase lots of stuff and things and trinkets and fancy electronic gadgets that are passe or outdated in less than a year. I never understood this phenomenon: "OMG, they just released the new Z-Cast-Pod-Tunes in a new color! Now I have to replace the one I just bought three weeks ago!" *returns to watching HD wide-screen movie on 1.5" cell phone screen*

Those marketing people are geniuses.
