I'm chilling in solitude in my uncle's pad, which is like the dream pad for me, its a 4 bedroom, 4000 square foot, one level, and he pimped it out with a hottub and pool, leather couches, 2 sony flat screens, and most importantly a fridge full of food, anyway, and its outside the city, nice and quiet... I could get used too this... I love this, nothing to do except read, relax, not going to the gym today, enjoy my me time... could not be any better. Everyone else enjoying this Saturday?

You will love Kurzweill's book, I can't go on enough how creative that dude is, I haven't read it in 4 or 5 years but may have to get it out and reread it...
Oh, and I'm curious on your take... but I think Cottey is going to beat Judah, I think it was Clottey who fought margaritio and broke his right hand, and fought the rest of the fight basically one handed... I could be wrong, you know who I am referring to, Margaritio would have lost that fight IMO, but who do you like?

While you candyasses were lounging around I was up at 7am so I could eat and then went and trained strongman events. Carried the conans weel (650lbs) for a turn in just under 17 seconds with a 15' armiture. 550lb super yolk for 50' (first time I have ever tried this, need a lot more practice). Flipped a 500lb tire and a 750lb tire which is my first tire flipping in 4 years. Went up to 160 lbs on the rolling thunder handle (first time in 3 years).

Now I am bruised, battered, sunburned, and happy!

Yep different sizes of heavy equipment so primarily haul trucks and loaders. They had a 1,000lb tire but I tweaked my left glute on the 750 so I didn't give it a try.

A guy at my gym brought two tires there for training. There's a 400lb one a few guys use...I flipped it just to try it...not too hard. But the other is just ridiculous...It's over a thousand pounds (I think I heard someone say it's 1200lbs!!!); he only got it because the place said he could have it for free. It's only useful for a tandem lift I think.

Sorry bro, my whole family, and most of my uncles and aunts are docs, and spent my childhood in hospital lobbies waiting on mom and dad, yet I have never had to visit someone sick... I hope he will be ok.

I had a pretty good day. It's going to be quite for the next week while the rest of the family is camping and at the cottage. I'm trying out a body weight workout at the gym to see if I can maintain or even get a little strong just lifting my old ass around.

It's funny when my wife or I are alone in the house. It's so quiet, so we usually just clean like we're programmed or something. There's sometime serene and peaceful about vacuuming and steam cleaning the carpet.

No, I will not come to your house next.

I just love competing in strongman. Honestly I didn't have to get too fired up today as all the weights were pretty light. The big problem was it cracked 100 degrees while we were training so that sucked the big wang.

You have to be clean to maintain your card carrying asian status... lol, you dig on the solitude anyways... so true there is something subtle about vacuuming, I actually like to vaccum, my favorite cleaning activity, though I'm not a clean freak, but about average...

Though at 5 8 with shoes on, and now 175, I'm not looking to get much bigger... some, but not much.
