i want to track my diet and my intake of fat, protein, carbs (i almost typed crabs, ouch! ) and the likes. i'm just wondering if anyone knows which ones are good...i did a search and found a ton of them and i don't wanna start downloading them and spending time figuring out which ones are good. i will do that too, but i wanted to know if any EF brethern or sistern have done this and what they found.
