Are scammer lists up to date here???

I have found many sources online easily that are not on the scammer lists but not sure about them since I have never ordered. How to learn if they are legit or not? I found one source that says its been approved by this website

use either hushmail or cyber-rights to send secure mail

do NOT mail from a regular email server

I think you should use secure email for sources as well.
Although i dont know how beneficial it is if they dont have secure email account.

i'm new as well, so dont count on my advice too much.
i just had my account open not too long ago b/c one of the source that i contacted required that i have one.
