Other day while dropping my brother off at school, there were about 4 motorcycle cops all parked next to eachother sitting there with their radar guns. Guess what they are doing? Clockin cars? Of course not, they are checking kids pace that they are walkin at across the street! They'd like crouch down like as if thye were clockin a baseball pitch and then hit their fellow officers and laugh. On the way back, i see a kid talking on the side, find out later from bro that he received a ticket for walking across the side walk to slow!! What a joke, i mean there are gang murders goin on, gurls getting raped, and they wanna sit around and write bs tickets. This is a joke!
