Are high estrogen levels the only reason you bloat while on Test?? And does anyone else seem to bloat even though your E levels are normal??

im not very sure but there are other hormones that cause bloat, and these might also contribute to bloat while 'On'

Tren/deca bloat is an example of bloat not related to high estrogen levels

Just curious, the only post on bloating is always about E levels. But if E levels are fine than it must not be the only culprit.

estrogen is one of the primary reasons. though prolactin, igf-1, insulin among many hormones can be affected by androgens. Of course the progestins have their own mix of impacts as well.

diet is a big factor (both electrolytes and macros)... ie foods and diets that enhance insulin resistance will cause bloating.

though its quite possible to bloat, particularly face on test only even with high letro.

Thanks Mac, I am pretty sensitive to Test as far as my receptors, never had much in the way of gyno problems either. I am eating clean ,low calories and taking Seapure and Glucorell R. Face starting to get a little bloated just wondered the best way to combat besides Anti-Es.

Oh yea doing cardio 4-5 times a week at 30 mins. Moderate pace.

Well I was thinking that sodium might be the problem. I was eating the South Beach frozen dinners at work and they seem to have alot of salt in them. What should my sodium intake be?

Maybe up the green tea intake to shed some of the additional water?? Im drinking like 2-3 cups a day.
