Good point. What is your cycle, dose included? List any anti-e's, AIFM etc that you are taking..

I am also sensitive to estrogen and retain water easily so I know what you are talking about.

Right now Im only taking 250mgs of Test E a week. Im in my 6-week. I had blood work done and my Estridol is in the mid normal range. Same place it is when Im off.

are taking anything to combay estro bloat? Even a slght raise can bloat some. Look into aifm if you don't have it.

No Im not, Ihave some Aromasin but I dont want to take if i dont need to lower my E. Thats the point of the whole question.

And my point is that even a slight raise can cause me to bloat. My estro level may still fall in that middle range, but still get bloated. Just a thought bro

there seems to be something about longer esters that leads to more bloat .. perhaps its the more persistant high blood levels etc. burn out your resistance to estrogen as ulter refers to ...
