are blue pins better for quad injections?

what do people think are best for quad injections blue or green pins? sorry to be a pain in the arse but my first injection with a green pin into my quads still has me limping and it was two days ago and its time for my next injection tommorow so i don't want to be hobbling with both legs!! apologies to those who already read this on anotther thread

Blue pins work well. Depends on what type AS you're using though. A lot of times it's the AS, and not the pins that cause the soreness. I've stuck my leg dozens of times with a blue and had no probs...but one time, I stuck myself with deca phenylproprionate...ouch...for 1 week I was limping. My wife was pissed...and wondering what I did to myself, not to add that my weight was up 20 lbs! Bottom line: it's usually the juice that causes the pain unless you're prone to moving that needle around while its all the way in your thigh. Good luck. Hope that helps.

Using the gauge instead of the color of the pin would help to asses your problem better...
